Designers Guild was established in 1970 by Tricia Guild, who, with her brother still runs the company more than 50 years later. With a turnover of more than £50million and with Tricia Guild (Creative Director) having published more than nineeen books, Designers Guild are truly unique in the soft furnishings industry. Personally I have always loved their velvets, no one else has a purple so deep, and with the advent of digital printing their printed velvets are divine. If you love Designers Guild, but cannot find the right fabric in our shop, we would recommend that you visit the Designers Guild Showroom at 267-277 Kings Road, Chelsea, SW3 5EN. They have a far bigger showroom than we do and just to showcase their own products, we try to have a representative range from many suppliers. We can order any products from Designers Guild, so once you have selected your fabrics, ask for samples (so you have the relevant product codes). We can then arrange to measure up and discuss Curtain Rails or Curtain Poles etc (we can put poles round bay windows), we can confirm the style of curtains you require, we can then make up your Curtains or Blinds and we offer a full installation service to the highest standards
